California Brut
Our brand NEW California Brut Sparkling wine has great notes of ripe green apple on the nose, followed by bright notes of Lemon and Citrus on the palate. We produced our new Sparkling Brut using the traditional méthode champenoise, which creates soft and round little bubbles, that round the finish off perfectly! While completely dry, our California Brut has nice hits of yeast on the finish as well. We hope you enjoy!
