TERMS & CONDITIONS
Members must be 21 years of age and able to sign for their deliveries.
Each quarter your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card will be billed automatically for either 2 bottles/1 case of wine, including the 15% discount, plus tax (handling and shipping are included in the Gold Club, and are additional in the Locals Club).
Upon becoming a Wine Club member, you are committing to the most current Wine Club release as your first order.
Quarterly Billing
The Wine Club shipments are billed to your credit card and shipped/picked up within the months of January, May, and September. Prior to billing, you will receive an email announcing the featured wines and the ship date.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction with our product is guaranteed. If the wine you receive is faulty, you may return it within one week for a refund or an exchange for another product. If you need to return something, please do the following: Call Twisted Roots Winery and explain the reason for return and whether you want a refund, a replacement, or an exchange. Please pack and seal the item(s) securely. Use the return address on your invoice. Packages must be returned pre-paid; we cannot accept COD deliveries. We will refund shipping charges only if we have sent the wrong item or the item is defective. If replaced, we will also pay shipping costs for items sent in exchange.
Cancellations
Memberships may be canceled at any time after receiving the third shipment. If cancellation is prior to the Third shipment, a $50.00 administration fee will apply. Any changes to your membership record must be made in writing prior to the first day of the shipment month, including cancellations.
All wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation as to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Wines may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. When your wine is delivered the person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. Shipments that are returned, refused, or shipped to an old address will be reshipped at customer’s expense.
